The Grills

Our primary smoker is the Green Mountain Grill’s “Daniel Boone” pellet smoker. We use 100% hardwood pellets only. Our pellets come from and are a blend of four hardwoods: Hickory, Maple, Apple and Cherry. The combination of the GMG smoker and the “Perfect Mix” pellets from has helped us to produce consistent, high quality barbeque.
264234_167065436693927_75470_nWe also use a traditional barrel style smoker with an offset firebox that takes hardwood chunks, chips or logs. This gives us greater capacity when trying to smoke larger quantities. In addition to the smokers we also use Weber grills to preform auxiliary functions such as cooking sides or buns, and straight up grilling.
