The Sauce

070We make our own homemade barbecue sauce that combines elements of a classic rib sauce and St. Louis style barbeque sauce to create a tangy flavor, with a touch of heat. There is a nice richness from the tomato base that is balanced by the hint of smoke as well as the apple juice and cider vinegar. Although it was originally developed to accompany pulled pork and ribs, it has proven to be quite versatile and goes quite well with a number of dishes.
